Throughout the evening there will be pop up performances with all the groove of the 70s! Insphyre will be interacting with guests, handing out swag, and you’ll see a variety of acts dancing the night away!🤹♂️ 🛼

1. April Choi
April Jennifer Choi has been a full-time circus performer, a World Record Holder, a viral sensation, and a television personality; she currently works as an Engineering Manager at Kennedy Space Center. She is most well-known for her skills with a whip, breaking dozens of world records and traveling the world for various TV performances.
Her career in fire performance has had hundreds of international news articles written about her fire stunts. April has traveled worldwide as a performer and instructor, including many national and international Television appearances. She has been an innovator in prop design and engineering adding an arsenal of tools to the performance world.
2. Aaron Hayes
Aaron Michael Hayes is a cutting edge roller skater! He’s been skating for over 4 years and he’s rapidly growing! Dancing has been the core inspiration for his skating. He loves working with Sarina Short and has done shows and events with the Twin Cities Skaters.
Events include the Aquatennial Parade for Xcel Energy, and highlighted for a roller disco theme for the City of Rochester!
3. Ariel Hanson
Having parents who were clowns, magicians, actors, and costumers, Ariel has been performing art of some kind since the age of eleven.
From ballet, to pole dancing, fire, to modeling, Ariel’s skills and talents are vast. she is a national performer having performed at events such as the famous Sturgis bike rally, Colorado’s Ice castles, and is a published model.
She has been in the beauty industry for over 15 years and holds both a barber and cosmetology license and has been doing theatre make up as long as she has been performing.
4. Axel
He runs a local roller rink since 2009 and is family there. The art has opened up so many opportunities for him.
He’s been featured on television, in many different parades (July 4th annually), and has created & appeared in many viral videos.
In July of 2021, Calli Ope and Axel were featured in an 80’s movie that highlighted some sick roller skating scenes in it. They both teach skating lessons every Thursday at their local roller rink.
He started promoting himself online in 2019 and wishes he would have started sooner. The feedback, love, and relationships that have been made has been an amazing experience for him. It started at Instagram but then grew much more to TikTok!

5. Chabuku
ChaBuku has been a performer, instructor, and community organizer in the fire, flow, and juggling arts for over 16 years.
A multi-prop movement artist living on the east-coast he’s travelled across and outside the US to perform.
6. Calliope
Calliope began skating July 8, 2020 and has had many unique opportunities to showcase and teach others in her local community since then.
A self-appointed “multi-faceted artist,” when she’s not on her wheels, you can find her doing vocal performance and visual arts, as well as clothing design.

7. Myss Angie
Angie loves movin’, groovin’, and knows how to boogie down. She has been performing for over a decade and thinks it’s just outta sight to be a part of this new year’s countdown to 2023 with Insphyre!

8. Sarina Short
Sarina has been roller skating for 2+ years. She loves every style of skating but the style she most gravitates towards and is known for is rhythm skating. 
A few of her highlights have been that she was featured on the cover of the 2021 Riedell catalog and was invited to perform with the TCS at the Aquatennial parade. 
The possibilities of what can be done on skates is endless and she can’t wait to keep learning and growing.
9. & 10. Chaz & Esther
Chaz and Esther Buehner have been together for 11 years and married for almost 8! When you see them together you can call them Chester. 
Chaz has been a flow artist for the past 12 years and loves to throw his humor in with his favorite tricks and engage the crowd. 
Esther is not only a master wrangler of performers and keeping them all on track, she also assists people in growing their confidence through her Mary Kay Business. 
11. Pyrus
Pyrus has been spinning fire and a lifetime member of Insphyre Performance since it’s birth in 2007, he is one of the core founding members.
He’s since then used his talents for management and efficiency to become a GM for a handful of national events to name a few: Kinetic Fire, International Jugglers’ Association – IJA, as well as a board member for Flow Arts Institute. 
We are happy to bring in the New Year with Pyrus for his 16th year with Insphyre!! 
12. & 13. Ase & Jessa
Last but not least, we introduce your hosts for NYE at Treasure Island Resort & Casino!! 
Ase Anthony conceptualized Insphyre Performance in 2006 as a college project and it became a reality in 2007. It has been a passion of love, enjoyment, and adventure. 
Having performed in many different countries, taught hundreds of classes, and entertained thousands, he is honored and continues to be amazed on how many lives Insphyre continues to touch. He is also the mastermind on all of the marketing!
Jessa has been spinning & performing since 2006, she has a diverse set of skills that are always evolving. She is a master at welding and fabricating and has put hundreds of fire props into artists hands. 
She is Insphyre Performance’s Event Director and has created countless costumes and themes, built choreography, is our in house makeup artist, and overall strategist in everything Insphyre does.
